Paula Jo Steele Jaconetta
Paula Jo has extensive hands-on experience planning, organizing, and executing travel across numerous destinations worldwide, including travel throughout more than ten countries. This experience spans a wide range of traveler demographics, including families, adults, and multi-generational groups, requiring thoughtful planning, adaptability, and a strong focus on safety and logistics.
She has coordinated travel involving diverse groups and needs, overseeing accommodations, transportation, activities, scheduling, and on-the-ground logistics across different cultures, regions, and environments. This work has frequently involved managing complex itineraries, navigating international travel requirements, and responding effectively to unexpected changes while maintaining a smooth and secure travel experience for all participants.
Jill Waldman
Jill Waldman is a corporate and private luxury event planner with more than 20 years of experience creating bespoke events and elevated experiences. Raised in her family’s summer camp business, Jill learned the power of community, hospitality, and thoughtful details.
She is known for building strong client relationships, business partnerships, meticulous attention to detail, and expert logistics planning; confidently managing complex programs and the expectations of demanding clients.
An avid traveler, Jill has circumnavigated the globe by ship and explored more than 30 countries worldwide. She lives by the belief that every day is an adventure—whether hiking, cooking, Nordic skiing, playing tennis, or discovering a new destination.
