The following items are not included in the retreat cost:
Airfare to and from Belize

How do I book my retreat?
To reserve your space, we require two payments:
50% deposit at the time of booking
Remaining balance due 60 days prior to the retreat
Payments can be made by credit card through our website (a small processing fee applies) or via Zelle directly to our bank account.
What are the activities like?
Our retreat includes a variety of guided adventures, cultural experiences, and nature-based activities. Some excursions involve moderate physical activity.
All activities are completely optional. Guests are always encouraged to participate at the level that feels comfortable for them. If an activity does not feel right for you, there is no obligation to participate.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Because retreats require advance planning and secured accommodations, all payments are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment.
In some cases, deposits may be applied toward a future Travel Adventure Women’s Club retreat, depending on timing and availability.
